COWBOY WEEK 2024
I am excited to return to Cook Forest Scenic Trail Ride Dude Ranch and Campground in 2024 for their infamous COWBOY WEEK! If you have ever been in the years past, you know this event fills up fast and is a week full of activities for all of us horse lovers! I look forward to doing daily free demos in the arena and being involved in all of the cowboy events and enjoying some great trails and fellowship around meal time with you all!
WHAT DOES THE WEEK CONSIST OF? 6 Nights/ 7 Days Camping | Welcome Picnic/ Band at 5pm on Sunday, June 16th | Breakfast, Packed Lunch & Supper Buffet Monday- Friday| Cowboy Church | Ongoing Activities Include: Live Music, Ranch Sorting, Judged Cattle Drive, Horseshoes, Volleyball, Horse Games, Judged Obstacle Course, Trails to Ride | Free Demos in the Arena by Ken McNabb & Brandi Lyons
New this year! Barrel Racing, Pole Bending and more fun games. Winner gets a $500 prize!
WIN ONE OF MY SADDLES!! This year’s winner of the obstacle course challenge will win a NEW Ken McNabb Ranch Saddle valued at $2,700!
*Both myself and Brandi will be offering private sessions for an additional fee throughout the week as time permits if you desire more individualized instruction. I generally offer 30 minute or 1 hour long spots which you are able to book with me throughout the week.
SAVE THE DATES! This ride is limited to 150 guests. Price is $425 per adult for the week. Children 5 and under are FREE, Ages 6-10 are 1/2 price and ages 11-13 are 25% discount. $50 nonrefundable deposit per adult is required. Water & Electric Hookups- $8.00 per Night
Use Your Own Picket Line- $8.00 per Night Per Horse
Bring Your Own Portable Corral- $12.00 per Night per Horse
Box Stalls or Covered Livestock Panels- $16 per Night (Minimum 6 Nights and 1 Horse Only in Each Panel or Stall)
There is a large tack store on-site for any extras that you might need during the week. From fly sprays to cinches they’ve got it all!
