Ken McNabb utilizes regular mail and package delivery for orders in the United States (Note: All deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses and U.S. territorial possessions are made via the U.S. Postal Service). Delivery time will depend on your location; normal time is 3 to 7 business days. For your convenience, we also offer Next Day and Expedited shipping options. Ken McNabb uses the U.S. Postal Service for all international orders. Please note that standard international orders can take up to 6 - 8 weeks. If you require expedited service, please contact us.

Merchandise Return Information
Ken McNabb guarantees all of our products against manufacturers defects only. We cannot give a credit or make an exchange on any item that has been worn beyond an initial try on for fit and size or soiled.
All merchandise that is returned for a refund or an exchange must be in the same condition as they were received and in the original packaging. In addition, please include the completed Return Policy form that is included with your order when making a return. We allow five (5) days for any return plus en-route time.
